The Compound on The Ridge at Red Mountain has been named the #1 ski home in the U.S. by TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.  While the list looks like more of a marketing tool than an actual legit report based on facts, the site claims that "the home deal lists are provided by the regional concierge agent who is solely responsible for knowing their local rules in regard to publication of their deal lists".  "Regional concierge agent" was enough for the Denver Business Journal to publish the list. 

The compound is listed by Mark Haldeman and Craig Morris and can be seen on the Luxist website.  The seven bedroom home at Residences at The Little Nell came in at #2.  See the complete list here.
